Arsenal Sanctioned by The FA again...

After the Newcastle game and Oxford game. where Arsenal players surrounded the ref for a decision not going their way, The FA have stepped in once again.
In the match Arsenal FC player Gabriel Magalhaes, Kieran Tierney, Mohammed Elneny and Sambi Lokonga were pictured surrounding the referee after Lokonga took a shot in the 35th minute which hit the arm of an Elliot Moore.
Recently Bundersliga referee Patrick Ittrich listed a few rules which could make the life of a referee stress-free, by implementing some rules that will stop certain gamesmanship and simulations.
The 44-year-old refs ideologies contained the following: 'For a tactical foul in midfield, a free kick should be awarded 17 meter from goal,' stating 'how often would we see such fouls then?'
he also commented on simulation saying: 'If a player rolls on the floor three times and needs a doctor, get him one and make him wait outside for three minutes,' 'how quickly do you think the player will stand up?'
He also stood up for his counterparts informing: 'If a player insults a referee, send them outside for 10 minutes to cool down,' 'go cycling to warm up before coming back in. We can learn from handball in that respect.'
He finally said: 'How is a referee surrounded by 10 men after a decision? In my opinion, boom, boom, boom - three red cards. Play seven against ten now. That'd be fine by me.'
The words of the referee did get some backlash, but it seems the FA have used the words from Patrick Ittrich and become more strict about discrimination surrounding referees and simulation.
The FA have recently released a regulation and disciple update surrounding arsenal stating:
'Arsenal FC has been charged with breaching FA rule E20.1 during its tie against Oxford United FC in the FA Cup on Monday 9 January 2023.'
'It's alleged that Arsenal FC failed to ensure its player conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 34th minute, and the club has until Monday 16 January 2023 to respond.'
After this arsenal fan 'Rory talks football' exposed The FA in their desperate attempt to charge the North London club, stating: 'So the FA cited both the wrong (it was the 35th minute) and the wrong rule (E20.1 relates to controlling fans, not players)... it's almost like they were in a rush to get it out...'
The warning from The FA wasn't the only suspicious thing that happened during this match up as a bet with the odds 8/1 with a stake of £200 was placed on Ciaron Brown to get a yellow card.
The bet ultimately won, with Brown getting a yellow card when bringing down Bukayo Saka, allowing a bookmaker to win around £1600.
Arsenal was also warned for surrounding the referee in a 0-0 draw against Newcastle united after the ball had struck the hand of Jacob Murphy in the dying embers of the match. Maybe the FA saw this and as Arsenal seem to not be learning their lesson, it was finally time to put some consequences into place.
The FA also charged Arsenal after they 'failed to ensure it's players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion in the 95th minute,' during the game vs Newcastle. The strict charges the FA have put in place has got a lot of Arsenal fans questioning whether the FA have an agenda against them as this isn't the first time this has happened.
